AptChat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of AptChat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AptChat provides businesses with a cloud-based customer communication platform, including live chat, conversation management, visitor engagement, notifications, analytics, and related services.

You agree to use AptChat only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

When creating an AptChat account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

AptChat securely stores chat conversations to provide conversation history, customer support, reporting, and service improvements. Customers remain responsible for the information shared through their chat widgets.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data. However, users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting their account credentials. AptChat cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, source code, graphics, and other materials available through AptChat remain the exclusive property of AptChat and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the messages, files, and information submitted through AptChat. By using the platform, you grant AptChat permission to process and store this information solely for providing the requested services.

Certain AptChat services require an active subscription. Subscription fees must be paid according to the selected billing plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

You agree not to:

• Use AptChat for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the platform.
• Send spam, abusive, threatening, or harmful communications through AptChat.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, AptChat does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AptChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including business interruption, data loss, or lost profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold AptChat, its employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

AptChat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform without prior notice.
